Claudia ...I am plugging away on block 9 now ....boy this is a lot of stitching compared to the other 2 garden SC ones I have stitched ...I wonder what
possesed them to design one for 18ct ...?
I had to go restock the DMC this week ..lol.. We are going away all of June and I wanted to be up to date before we leave ...I think I will manage to finish block 9 in the next week :) I am hoping we get a change from stitching the heart in the next mag :) I am loving it though ...

Where are you going? Curious minds want to know. I'm still waiting on the magazine. SIGH! Since I am on call two nights a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and don't make it home those days, I keep asking my family if there was any mail. They must think I'm nuts! I will need to stock up on DMC shortly too: both for the SC afghan and for the other mega project I'm working on between magazines. I will try and post a picture of that one. Good thing I have found some sellers on ebay for DMC; if I had to buy it here is SPain, I might have to think about getting another hobby! I am currently paying anywhere between $1.50 and $1.95 a skein depending on where I buy it!SC has about 75 colors. The other project (Paula Vaghan quilts for all seasons) has about 180. YIKES! Well, there you go; just my usual early morning before coffe has set in spew! Claudia |
